The 2024 Montgomery County Housing Market Analysis: Data Driving a Place in the World for Adults with Autism and/or Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities explores the needs and preferences of adults with A/I/DD and their families/caregivers in Montgomery County and offers data-driven recommendations to mitigate negative outcomes. Commissioned by Project Beacon in partnership with Tri-County Behavioral Healthcare, the report is the first-ever study to address the housing needs and preferences of adults with A/I/DD in the Montgomery County. The study was conducted by the Make Waves Center for Community Development at the First Place Global Leadership Institute in Phoenix.
